What a night.

Some of you came on purpose. Some of you just walked in and got caught up in it. Birthdays got celebrated, old friends showed up, and I met some new folks who I have a feeling we’ll be seeing again.

Some performances stay with you long after the last note. This was one of them. A woman came up to me afterward and said hearing “their song” felt like being handed a few minutes of normal. I’ve been thinking about that ever since.
